Contract for Providing Translation Service

Part A: Standard-Translation.NET

Part B:

For translation between above two parties, both parts agree to observe following terms:

Clause 1: General Terms

Part A provide service to Part B, Part B pay Part A the Service fee;

Clause 2: Working Time

Part A Will translate the document in _____Days, if not finished, Part A will be punished;

Clause 3: Payment

Advance Payment: 5% of the contract value will be paid when Part B placed order, only after Part A received the correct amount, he will formally start working and the contract will be effective.

Part B has following two payment options:

Single Payment: The above price is based on single payment, which means Part B should pay all the 95% of the contract price after Part A Worked 5% of the project;

Multiple Payment: Party B will separate the rest 95% payment into 3 times, and the payment schedule is as follows:

When Part A finish first 5%, Part B pay 31.67% of the contract price;

When Part A finishes 36.67% of the whole work, Part B pay 31.67% of the contract price;

When Part A finishes 68.34% of the whole work, Part B pay 31.66% of the contract price;

When Part A finished Fourth 100% of the whole work.

If Part B selects this payment, he should pay 10% more on the contract price as service fee because this payment will increase the cost of the contract management fee.

Clause 4: Guarantee

Part A will adopt various measures to guarantee the quality of the work, such as ISO9001 Standard Clauses, translator-proofreader-quality controller-management multipart management system, computer added detecting system etc., if Part B is not satisfied with Part A’s service, part B has right to terminate the contract anytime without any responsibility.

Clause 5: Delivery

All the working result will be delivered to Part B using Internet based downloading system. And it is Part B’s responsibility to download the work by himself.
